By using the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms, the applicable product description, our Licensing Terms, and our Digital Product Refund Policy.

Educational resources only

The products provide general educational and informational material about subjects such as ADHD, emotional intensity, relationships, recovery, behavioral health, and leadership. They do not provide diagnosis, medical care, psychotherapy, treatment, crisis intervention, legal advice, or individualized professional advice. A purchase does not create a professional relationship with Dr. Joey Pagano or The TravelingSocial Workers LLC. Outcomes are not promised or guaranteed.

Purchases and digital delivery

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and processes payment, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, and refunds under its own terms. The product, price, currency, and taxes displayed at checkout control the transaction.

Products are digital unless expressly stated otherwise. Nothing is shipped. Files are generally made available after successful payment through the Lemon Squeezy receipt and order-access system. You are responsible for using a working email address, downloading files, and keeping reasonable backup copies.

A purchase does not include coaching, therapy, consultation, customization, individualized review, or another service unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

License, ownership, and appropriate use

A purchase grants only the limited license stated on the product page and in the Licensing Terms. Ownership and copyright do not transfer. Except where a license expressly permits it, you may not reproduce, share, resell, sublicense, publish, upload, distribute, or make the files available to others.

You may not circumvent payment or security controls, upload files to public repositories or public AI-training datasets, remove ownership notices, or imply endorsement of a modified work without written permission.

Third-party links and disclaimers

Links to Amazon, Lemon Squeezy, social networks, research sources, or other services are provided for convenience and are governed by those services. To the extent permitted by law, this site and its products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that a resource will suit every person, setting, device, or professional purpose.

Liability and termination

To the extent permitted by law, The TravelingSocial Workers LLC and Dr. Joey Pagano will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the site or products. Direct liability relating to a purchased product will not exceed the amount paid for that product. Nothing here excludes a right or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

A license may be terminated for material misuse, unauthorized distribution, fraud, or infringement. Intellectual-property and redistribution restrictions continue after termination.

Governing law and contact
