Do not send full payment-card details, passwords, patient or client information, medical records, or crisis details. Messages are reviewed during normal business days.
What support covers
Support covers purchases, delivery, file access, and technical defects. It does not include therapy, diagnosis, coaching, clinical consultation, individualized document review, or emergency response.
Finding an existing purchase
