Personal, Professional, and Team Licensing

Every purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license—not ownership of the files or copyright.

Effective date: September 1, 2026

All products remain copyrighted by The TravelingSocial Workers LLC unless a product identifies another owner.

Personal or family-use license

Unless a product is explicitly labeled professional or team use, it includes a personal-use license. You may download and keep a reasonable backup, print reasonable copies for yourself, and use worksheets in your own household or private support conversations.

You may not forward the source files, distribute copies to clients or coworkers, upload files to an organization-wide system, resell, sublicense, publish, or incorporate the product into a separately priced service or product.

Individual professional or presenter license

A product expressly labeled Individual Professional License or Individual Presenter License may be used by one named purchaser in that person’s own professional work. The named purchaser may display it during sessions or presentations they personally conduct and make only the adaptations expressly allowed by the product.

The purchaser may not give source, editable, facilitator, or complete files to attendees or coworkers; authorize colleagues to present them independently; upload them to an organization-wide system; or resell the training.

Team license

A product expressly labeled Team License may be used internally by the purchasing organization’s single named team, program, or primary site. That team may store the files in an access-controlled internal drive, present them repeatedly for its internal education, and make permitted internal adaptations.

A Team License does not cover affiliated organizations, unrelated programs, additional sites, contractors, the public, resale, external commercial training, or public posting. For multi-site, enterprise, consultant, school-district, conference, or resale rights, contact drpagano7@gmail.com.

Adaptations, accessibility, and violations

Where editing is allowed, ownership of the original remains unchanged. Preserve copyright notices and identify substantial changes as local adaptations rather than endorsed original content. An accessible-format copy may be made only for people already covered by the license and may not be publicly distributed.

Unauthorized copying or distribution may result in license termination. After termination, the files and unauthorized copies must no longer be used.
